How to Book Online
Step 1 – Select dates, Number of people, Room Type
Enter your check-in date and number of nights (by choosing number of nights the departure date is calculated automatically), the number of rooms and the number of adults and / or children below 14 years old or below 4 for infants. Then click on “Search”.
Anemi Loyalty Members need to fill the promo code in the relevant box to get the 5% privilege discount. Your promo code is written on your first email received from us confirming your registration to our Loyalty Programme.
You can see the total cost for each room type on the column at the right. By selecting different board type the price will change accordingly (i.e. BB or HB). You can point your mouse on each room type to view the description and pictures. Special offers, if any, are shown in your left box. Click on “Select” next to the room type of your choice.
On this page you can see your choice with the option of changing it. Optional supplements (i.e. food pack or birthday cake etc) are also here if you wish to book any of them. Total amount payable is shown and below, in red, the total saving from any special offer which may be applicable in a specific period.
The discount from any special offer is calculated and deducted instantly on the price.
Click on “continue booking” to proceed to Step 2
Step 2 – Booking Summary
Here you can view your hotel booking and you can remove it by clicking on “Remove this booking” or you can proceed with the payment. At this step you can also book a transfer from Paphos or Larnaca airport to the hotel by clicking on “add airport transfer to your order”. The price of the transfer is added automatically on your hotel total order. Then click on Proceed to Payment to go to Step 3.
Step 3 – How to Proceed
At this step you have three options:
Sign in as a Loyalty Anemi Member
Not a Loyalty Anemi Member, Join to become one
Proceed without becoming a Loyalty Anemi Member
Step 4 – Payment Information
Fill in your personal and credit card information and you are done!
Step 5 – Booking Confirmation
You will receive automatically an email with your Booking Reference confirming your booking request and a second email as soon as your credit card has been cleared confirming your final booking with your Accommodation Voucher.
